Base Rate

Base Rates are interest assumptions which can be used at Debt tranches, Reserve accounts and Shareholder Loans. The following Interest modes are available: "Simple" and "Serial"

Add

With the button "Add" new rows can be added to the yield template.

Remove

With the button "Remove" existing rows can be deleted from the yield template.

Date

Assign the datelines of the different intervals with a date choice box.

For example: Is 04.2016 selected, from 04.01.2016 the corresponding interest rate is valid. This rate is valid till the next segment, for example 10.2016. So the interest rate is valid from 04.01.2016 till 09.30.2016.

Before the first date input an interest rate of 0% applies.

Value

Input of a value proper to the selected driver in % or bps. This value is valid for the corresponding time period.
