New Features

  • Recurring Pre Payments: You can now also define Prepayments as a method of payment in the "Templates" tab and assign them to Opex objects.

    • Exemplary use case:
      • The landlease of totally 20,000 EUR per year is paid every 6 months in advance.
        • A "Prepayment" is created in the "Templates" tab with a payment frequency of 6 months.
        • After that, the method of payment in the Opex object will be defined as "Recurring Pre Payment" and the previously created "Prepayment"-template will be assigned.
  • New graphic "Liquidity Usage": The new chart shows the history of the liquidity generated externally by means of debt, equity or shareholder loans, as well as liquidity generated internally by operating cash flows, as well as possible liquidity gaps. The graph shows why liquidity gaps arise:

    • Either due to insufficient operational (internal) cash flows or

    • Due to external funding, which does not correspond to the external financing requirements (e.g. investment costs).

  • Overview tab, liquidity graph: If you define a minimum liquidity in the payout restrictions (Transaction tab), this is displayed as a new line in the liquidity graph.

  • Debt tab: Up to now, the redemption free period used to be limited to a maximum of 100 months. This restriction has been removed.

  • Templates tab: For serial price templates, the date intervals are displayed in the detail view.
  • Investor tab: The payout return per investor is displayed directly in the list.

  • In some cases, the output in the Fimo table has not been fully displayed. This has been fixed.
